In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our service contracts and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.   1. Manage Service Contracts: The Service Contract Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service contracts, including creating, negotiating, and renewing contracts with customers.
  2. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: The Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues related to service contracts.
  3. Analyze Contract Data: The Specialist will be responsible for analyzing contract data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improving contract processes and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with Sales and Legal Teams: The Specialist will work closely with the sales and legal teams to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and meet the needs of both the company and the customer.
  5. Monitor Contract Performance: The Specialist will be responsible for monitoring contract performance and ensuring that all parties are meeting their obligations and deadlines.
  6. Manage Contract Renewals: The Specialist will be responsible for managing contract renewals, including negotiating terms and pricing, and coordinating with sales and legal teams.
  7. Maintain Contract Database: The Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all service contracts in a centralized database.
  8. Provide Reports and Recommendations: The Specialist will be responsible for creating reports and providing recommendations to management on contract performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  9. Stay Current on Industry Regulations: The Specialist will stay informed about industry regulations and incorporate any changes into contract processes and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: The Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless contract management and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Service Contracts.

  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Contract Terms To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Contract Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
