- Manage Service Contracts: The Service Contract Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service contracts, including creating, negotiating, and renewing contracts with customers.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: The Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues related to service contracts.

- Provide Reports and Recommendations: The Specialist will be responsible for creating reports and providing recommendations to management on contract performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Legal And Regulatory Requirements Related To Service Contracts.
Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Contract Terms To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Contract Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
