  11. Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions for product development.
  13. Mentor and train junior engineers to support their professional growth and development.
  14. Represent the company and its products at conferences, trade shows, and other events.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to improving patient outcomes and transforming the field of surgery through innovative medical devices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Medical Device Design And Development

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Medical Device Industry Standards

  • Proficiency In Cad Software Such As Solidworks Or Pro/Engineer

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
