  1. Take a lead role in the planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned clinical trials, including monitoring progress, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including study managers, data managers, and medical professionals, to ensure successful study outcomes.
  4. Communicate with external partners, such as contract research organizations, investigative sites, and vendors, to establish and maintain effective relationships.
  5. Monitor and track study progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Develop and maintain study documents, such as protocols, informed consent forms, and study manuals, in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  7. Participate in the selection and management of investigative sites, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to conduct the study.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  9. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to team members on best practices and industry standards.
  11. Contribute to the development and review of study budgets and timelines.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and developments, and apply knowledge to enhance study processes and outcomes.
  13. Represent the company at conferences and meetings, promoting the organization's mission and values.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.
  15. Embrace and promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration within the team and the organization as a whole.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Clinical Research, Healthcare Administration, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Operations, Preferably In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Processes, Regulations, And Guidelines, Including Ich-Gcp And Fda Requirements.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
