
Associate Director, Project Management
As an Associate Director, Project Management at IQVIA, you will be responsible for driving the success of our project management initiatives, ensuring the effective delivery of projects on time and within budget. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and proactive individual with an ability to think strategically and manage a team of project managers. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the capacity to inspire confidence in cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering on projects in a timely and effective manner.The successful applicant will possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as extensive experience in project management. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business or IT, is required, and a Master’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or technology fields.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the success of project management initiatives and ensure the effective delivery of projects on time and within budget. • Lead a team of project managers and inspire confidence in cross-functional teams. • Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects. • Prepare and present project proposals and reports to management. • Monitor project performance and progress, identify areas of improvement, and develop action plans to address issues. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors. • Recruit, train, and mentor project managers and other team members. • Implement best practices in project management and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. • Stay up-to-date with advances in project management technology and techniques.
