Associate Director, Statistics & Psychometrics

The successful candidate must be highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.To excel in this position, the successful candidate must possess a Master’s degree in Statistics, Psychometrics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in survey design and data analysis. Experience with various statistical software packages is a must, and familiarity with SPSS, SAS, and R is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

8. Assist with training and mentoring junior staff.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
