Job Description

IQVIA is looking for an experienced Clinical Data Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an integral part of our Clinical Data Services team, the Clinical Data Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing data standards and processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong technical abilities, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail.Qualifications for this position include: a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics; at least 5 years of experience in a Clinical Data Management role; an in-depth knowledge of Clinical Data Management systems, processes, and standards; and experience working with complex data sets. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain data standards and processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  2. Work with complex data sets and analyze data for accuracy and completeness.
  3. Develop reports from clinical data systems for review and analysis.
  4. Ensure all data management activities are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  5. Work with study teams to design, develop, and implement data management solutions.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including tracking progress and deadlines.
  7. Utilize problem solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues.
  8. Provide support and training to study teams on data management systems and processes.
  9. Monitor data quality and monitor data updates.
  10. Participate in vendor selection and system implementation.
