  9. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in the development and delivery of educational programs.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert in clinical education and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License: The Clinical Educator Must Possess A Current And Valid Rn License In The State They Will Be Working In. This Ensures That They Have Met The Educational And Competency Requirements Necessary To Practice As A Nurse.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience: The Clinical Educator Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinical Research Environment. This Experience Will Provide Them With The Knowledge And Skills Necessary To Effectively Educate And Train Others.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field: A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For A Clinical Educator Position. This Degree Provides The Necessary Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice, As Well As Critical Thinking And Communication Skills.

  • Previous Experience In Education Or Training: Previous Experience In Education Or Training, Particularly In A Healthcare Setting, Is Highly Desirable For A Clinical Educator. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Ability To Effectively Teach And Mentor Others, And Develop Educational Programs And Materials.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For A Clinical Educator. They Must Be Able To Interact With A Diverse Group Of Individuals, Including Healthcare Professionals, Researchers, And Patients, And Effectively Convey Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
