  1. Identify potential patient populations for clinical trials and develop recruitment strategies to reach them.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment plans.
  3. Conduct outreach to potential study participants through various channels, such as social media, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare providers.
  4. Screen and evaluate potential participants to determine their eligibility for clinical trials.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for patients throughout the recruitment and enrollment process.
  6. Provide support and education to patients about the clinical trial process and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient enrollment data and track progress towards recruitment goals.
  8. Monitor and address any barriers or challenges to patient recruitment, and develop solutions to overcome them.
  9. Collaborate with study sponsors to ensure that recruitment goals and timelines are met.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and ethical guidelines related to patient recruitment and enrollment.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  13. Represent IQVIA in a professional and compassionate manner when interacting with patients and other stakeholders.
  14. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in patient recruitment to ensure the use of innovative and effective strategies.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to the company's mission and values, and actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare, Life Sciences, Or Marketing.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Patient Recruitment For Clinical Trials, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Cro Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Clinical Trial Process And Regulations, Including Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Patient Recruitment Strategies For Multiple Clinical Trials.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Study Sites And Patient Communities.
