  • Oversee and manage all vendor relationships and third-party service providers involved in clinical trials
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the trial process
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company standards and regulations
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services and materials according to trial timelines and budget
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns with vendors, working closely with project teams to find solutions and maintain project timelines
  • Conduct vendor audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor contracts, invoices, and other relevant documentation
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and project teams to provide updates on vendor performance and address any issues or concerns
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to vendor management and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Participate in the selection and onboarding of new vendors, conducting due diligence and evaluating their capabilities and qualifications
  • Train and mentor junior team members on vendor management processes and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Vendor Management Processes And Best Practices.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Multiple Vendors And Establishing Strong Working Relationships.
