- Oversee and manage all vendor relationships and third-party service providers involved in clinical trials
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the trial process
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company standards and regulations
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services and materials according to trial timelines and budget
- Identify and address any issues or concerns with vendors, working closely with project teams to find solutions and maintain project timelines
- Conduct vendor audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor contracts, invoices, and other relevant documentation
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and project teams to provide updates on vendor performance and address any issues or concerns
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to vendor management and make recommendations for process improvements
- Participate in the selection and onboarding of new vendors, conducting due diligence and evaluating their capabilities and qualifications
- Train and mentor junior team members on vendor management processes and best practices.
Strong Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Vendor Management Processes And Best Practices.
Proven Experience In Managing Multiple Vendors And Establishing Strong Working Relationships.
Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Effectively Plan, Coordinate And Monitor Vendor Activities And Timelines.
