
Manager, Assay Development (Immunogenicity)
IQVIA is looking for a highly-motivated and experienced Manager, Assay Development (Immunogenicity) to join our team and lead our assay development efforts in the field of immunogenicity. The successful candidate will be a strategic yet hands-on leader who is driven to meet objectives and deliver results.The Manager, Assay Development (Immunogenicity) will be responsible for leading a team of assay development specialists to develop and qualify a range of immunoassays in support of clinical development programs. The Manager will develop strategies for assay qualification and validation, troubleshoot assays, communicate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects, and lead the development of novel assays.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. biology, chemistry, or related field) with a minimum of 8 years' experience in immunoassay development, validation and qualification. You should have strong knowledge and experience with immunoassay technologies such as ELISA, ECL, and Luminex, and have previous experience in a leadership role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. In addition, you should be highly organized, have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
