Manager, Value & Access Strategy Consulting

IQVIA is seeking an experienced, dynamic Manager to join the Value & Access Strategy (VAS) Consulting team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for consulting and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the healthcare system, access strategy principles, reimbursement dynamics, and be a creative problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to think strategically.The successful candidate must have at least five years of consulting experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry, and a Master’s degree in a related field. We are looking for someone with strong communication and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will also have an entrepreneurial spirit, an aptitude for building client relationships, and an aptitude for developing innovative solutions. Finally, the candidate must possess a collaborative and team-oriented nature, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced work environment.

6. Develop new business opportunities and strategies through networking and market research.
7. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
8. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
