Advanced Degree In Nursing: A Nurse Practitioner Clinical Trial Job At Iqvia Typically Requires A Master Of Science In Nursing (Msn) Or Doctor Of Nursing Practice (Dnp) Degree. This Advanced Education Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Conduct Clinical Trials.
Licensure And Certification: Candidates Must Hold A Current And Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License In Their Respective State. In Addition, Certification As A Nurse Practitioner From A Nationally Recognized Certifying Body, Such As The American Nurses Credentialing Center (Ancc) Or The American Academy Of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (Aanpcb), Is Often Required.
Clinical Research Experience: Previous Experience In Clinical Research, Particularly In Conducting Clinical Trials, Is Highly Valued For This Position. This May Include Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In A Research Setting, Or Experience As A Clinical Research Coordinator Or Clinical Research Associate.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Nurse Practitioner Clinical Trial Professional At Iqvia, Effective Communication With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Study Teams Is Essential. Candidates Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships.
