Principal SDTM Programmer

IQVIA is seeking an experienced and motivated Principal SDTM Programmer to join our team and support our ongoing development of innovative data solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SDTM and have a passion for data-driven solutions.The Principal SDTM Programmer will be responsible for developing and maintaining program libraries, datasets, and data models, assuring adherence to SDTM standards and guidelines, and providing technical direction to the programming team. This position will also collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity and to support data-driven decisions.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with SDTM or similar standards, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Additionally, we seek an individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
