Job Description

As a Data Center Critical Facility Technician at Iron Mountain, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the day-to-day operations of the data center critical facilities. Our ideal candidate is an experienced technician with a strong technical background, who is able to provide excellent customer service. We are looking for a team player who is organized, reliable, and driven to ensure that all data center critical facilities are running smoothly.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of three years of experience in a Data Center Critical Facility Technician role and have a thorough understanding of the data center critical facility industry. You must have a strong technical background, as well as experience with environmental systems, such as cooling, power, and fire suppression. Additionally, you must possess excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Finally, you must be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders, from technical staff to senior management.
