
Sales Onboarding Manager (Sales Enablement)
At Iron Mountain, we are looking for a Sales Onboarding Manager (Sales Enablement) who will be instrumental in driving our sales onboarding process. As a Sales Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for managing the training and onboarding of our sales force. You will collaborate with our sales leadership to ensure that our sales reps are well-equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.We are looking for an individual with a passion for sales and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least five years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects at once.We are looking for someone with the drive to exceed expectations, and who is excited to join our team and help us reach our goals. Responsibilities:
-Design, implement, and manage the onboarding and training process for the sales team
-Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure that sales reps are adequately equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed
-Create and deliver sales presentations, workshops, and other training materials
-Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs
-Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Maintain accurate records and documentation of training materials and processes
-Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
