Senior ITSM/ITIL Analyst

Iron Mountain is looking for an experienced Senior ITSM/ITIL Analyst to join our IT Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and passion for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and frameworks. The Senior ITSM/ITIL Analyst will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation, development, and optimization of ITSM and ITIL processes. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in IT Service Management or IT Infrastructure Library. You must have a deep understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes and frameworks and be able to effectively implement and manage them. You must also have a strong technical background and be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT-related issues. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
