1. Curate and execute a successful assortment of sweaters that align with the brand's aesthetic and style.
2. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and incorporate them into the sweater category.
3. Work closely with the buying and design teams to develop new and innovative styles that will appeal to our target market.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
