  • Collaborate with product operations team to support the timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure all product information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist in managing product inventory and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the product lifecycle
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of product information, including pricing, sizing, and availability
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of product launches and promotions
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures for maximum efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to inform decision-making and make recommendations for product improvements
  • Support other departments as needed, such as customer service and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Qualifications
