• Develop and maintain an organized and efficient maintenance schedule for all retail stores and facilities
• Collaborate with store managers and maintenance technicians to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to schedule and complete maintenance tasks
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner and to the highest quality standards
• Monitor and track maintenance budget and expenses
• Conduct regular inspections of stores and facilities to identify any maintenance issues and address them promptly
