3. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage repeat business.
4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling J.Crew products.
5. Continuously replenish and organize merchandise on the sales floor to maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
6. Maintain a deep understanding of the J.Crew brand and effectively communicate the brand's story to customers.
7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
10. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, including sales and promotional events.
11. Assist with store opening and closing tasks, including cash handling and store maintenance.
12. Attend and actively participate in store meetings and training sessions.
13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
14. Serve as a brand ambassador by representing J.Crew in a positive and professional manner at all times.
15. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
