As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our inventory.   1. Maintain inventory organization: Ensure all items are properly labeled, tagged and organized in their designated areas.
  2. Receive and process shipments: Receive and accurately process all incoming merchandise, including tagging, steaming, and placing items on the sales floor or in the stockroom.
  3. Monitor and replenish inventory: Regularly check stock levels and communicate with management about low stock or popular items that need to be restocked.
  4. Maintain store cleanliness: Keep all stock areas, including the stockroom and sales floor, clean and organized at all times.
  5. Assist with visual merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and products are displayed correctly.
  6. Conduct inventory audits: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies to management.
  7. Assist with customer service: Assist customers with locating items and answer any questions they may have about merchandise.
  8. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols, including lifting and carrying procedures, to ensure a safe and accident-free work environment.
  9. Communicate effectively: Communicate any inventory or stocking issues to management in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Uphold company standards: Represent the company in a positive and professional manner, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members and assist with any tasks or projects as needed.
  12. Remain knowledgeable about products: Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions about merchandise.
  13. Maintain a high level of efficiency: Complete tasks accurately and efficiently to contribute to the overall success of the team and store.
  14. Embrace company culture: Embody the values and culture of the company, including a love for fashion and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  15. Continuously improve: Seek out opportunities to improve processes and make suggestions for more efficient ways to maintain inventory.
