As a Visual Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. From designing eye-catching displays to maintaining the overall aesthetic of our store, you will bring our brand to life through your keen eye for detail and passion for design.   1. Design and execute visually appealing and on-brand displays that showcase our products and attract customers.
  2. Maintain the overall aesthetic and visual standards of the store, ensuring a consistent and cohesive look throughout.
  3. Collaborate with store team to understand upcoming promotions and events and create displays that effectively promote them.
  4. Continuously update and refresh displays to keep the store looking current and on-trend.
  5. Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise, ensuring it is displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to understand product placement and assist with restocking and replenishing as needed.
  7. Keep up to date with current fashion trends and incorporate them into the visual displays.
  8. Ensure all products and displays are properly labeled and priced.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the visual displays, backroom, and storage areas.
  10. Communicate any visual or merchandising needs to the management team.
  11. Train and guide new team members on visual standards and techniques.
  12. Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  13. Attend visual merchandising training and meetings as required.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and act as a brand ambassador for J.Crew.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the visual presentation of the store and suggest new ideas to enhance the customer experience.
