Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a timely and friendly manner.
2. Provide expert advice on products, services and trends to customers.
3. Accurately process customer transactions using the point-of-sale system.
4. Maintain a neat and organized store area and merchandise displays.
5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and objectives.
6. Identify and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.
7. Utilize upselling techniques to increase store revenue.
8. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
9. Develop relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
10. Stay informed of new products and services to ensure accurate customer information.
