- Manage employee benefits programs: The primary responsibility of a Benefits Associate will be to oversee and administer all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefit offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulations: The Benefits Associate will be responsible for staying up-to-date with all relevant regulations and laws related to employee benefits and ensuring that the company's benefits programs are in compliance.
- Process and track benefits enrollment: The Benefits Associate will be responsible for processing and tracking employee benefits enrollment, including new hires, open enrollment, and any changes or updates to existing benefits.
- Communicate benefits information: This role will require effective communication skills to educate employees on their benefits options, provide guidance on enrollment processes, and answer any questions related to benefits.
- Handle employee inquiries: The Benefits Associate will serve as a point of contact for employees regarding their benefits, addressing any inquiries or concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This role will require working closely with other departments such as HR, payroll, and finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related information.
- Conduct benefits training: The Benefits Associate may be responsible for conducting training sessions for employees on benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Manage benefits vendor relationships: This role will involve working closely with benefits vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze and report on benefits data: The Benefits Associate will be responsible for analyzing benefits data and preparing reports for management, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends: It will be the responsibility of the Benefits Associate to stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to employee benefits, and make recommendations for improvements to the company's benefits offerings.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
2+ Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Fmla, Ada, And Erisa.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
