Job Description

At J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., we are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and wants to make a difference in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). You must also be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs. A strong customer service background in a financial environment is highly desired. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
