As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our digital private markets platform, enabling our clients to access and manage their investments with ease.   1. Develop and manage the product roadmap for our digital private markets platform, in alignment with the overall business strategy.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and differentiation.
  4. Define and prioritize product features and requirements, ensuring they align with client needs and business objectives.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  6. Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
  7. Lead the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
  8. Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to inform product decisions.
  9. Manage and prioritize product defects and issues, and effectively communicate resolutions to stakeholders.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the private markets space, and incorporate them into product strategy and roadmap.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging, and support product launch and go-to-market activities.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the product development process to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
  13. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to promote their professional growth.
  14. Represent the company and the product at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  15. Uphold company values and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Technology.

  • Experience Working With Digital Private Markets Products And Platforms.
