Welcome to J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., one of the world's leading financial institutions. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Enterprise Agility Coach to join our team. As an Enterprise Agility Coach, you will play a crucial role in driving and fostering an agile mindset and culture across the organization. You will be responsible for coaching and guiding teams and leaders in adopting agile practices and principles to drive business success. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and proven experience in implementing agile practices at an enterprise level.   1. Develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide agile transformation strategy.
  2. Provide agile coaching and guidance to teams and leaders throughout the organization.
  3. Foster an agile mindset and culture by promoting agile values and principles.
  4. Identify and address any barriers to agile adoption within the organization.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and optimize agile processes.
  6. Train and mentor teams on agile methodologies and best practices.
  7. Monitor and track the progress of agile initiatives and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  8. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  9. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other events to promote agile practices and facilitate organizational change.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on agile methodologies and act as a resource for teams and leaders.
  11. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of agile practices and make adjustments as needed.
  12. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in agile methodologies and incorporate them into the organization's practices.
  13. Collaborate with other Enterprise Agility Coaches and agile teams across the organization to share best practices and lessons learned.
  14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in for agile initiatives.
  15. Represent the organization at conferences and events to showcase our agile transformation journey.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Coaching And Implementing Agile Methodologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Agile Frameworks And Methodologies Such As Scrum, Kanban, And Safe. They Should Also Have Experience In Coaching Teams And Organizations To Successfully Adopt And Implement These Practices.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Industry And J.p. Morgan Chase & Co. Business Processes: As An Enterprise Agility Coach At J.p. Morgan Chase & Co., The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Financial Industry And The Specific Business Processes And Operations Of The Company. This Will Enable Them To Tailor Their Coaching Approach To Fit The Organization's Needs And Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Coach, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Teams And Leaders At All Levels Of The Organization. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Effectively Coaching And Facilitating Discussions To Drive Change And Alignment Across Different Departments And Teams.

  • Ability To Lead And Influence Change: The Enterprise Agility Coach Will Be Responsible For Driving The Adoption Of Agile Practices And Mindset Throughout The Organization. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Influencing Change Within Complex Organizations.

  • Continuous Learning And Growth Mindset: Agile Methodologies Are Constantly Evolving, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Growth Mindset And A Passion For Continuous Learning And Improvement. This Includes Staying Updated On The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Agile Coaching And Continuously Seeking Opportunities For Personal And Professional Growth.
