  1. Plan and execute a variety of events, including client dinners, conferences, and networking events, in collaboration with the events team.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
  3. Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event services.
  4. Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, transportation, and accommodations.
  5. Create and manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are met.
  6. Communicate event details and updates to relevant parties, including attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create event materials and collateral that align with brand standards.
  8. Conduct post-event evaluations and analyze feedback to continuously improve event experiences.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning to bring innovative ideas to the team.
  10. Represent the company and maintain a positive image at all events.
  11. Maintain accurate records of event details, expenses, and attendee information.
  12. Assist with administrative tasks related to event planning, such as RSVP tracking and guest list management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Event Planning And Execution, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Events Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.

  • Proficiency In Event Management Software And Tools, Such As Cvent And Social Tables, And A Strong Understanding Of Event Technology And Trends.
