- Develop and implement effective control strategies to manage financial crime risks across the organization.
- Advise and guide business units on compliance controls to ensure adherence to global financial crime regulations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, to drive a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Stay updated on changes in financial crime regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability in the organization's processes and systems.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on financial crime risks and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze financial crime patterns, trends, and typologies to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Work closely with the financial crime investigation team to support and enhance their investigations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with regulators and other external partners.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of the organization's financial crime compliance program.
- Identify and escalate any potential compliance violations or weaknesses to senior management.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to financial crime compliance.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on financial crime compliance to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and improve the organization's financial crime compliance program.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards related to financial crime compliance.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Crimes Compliance Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Global Financial Regulations And Laws, Including Aml, Kyc, And Sanctions.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Risks.
Experience In Providing Advisory Services And Developing Compliance Control Frameworks For A Large Financial Institution.
