- Write and edit compelling and persuasive communication materials, including emails, newsletters, intranet content, and presentations.
- Ensure all communication materials are consistent with company branding and messaging guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze employee feedback and engagement data to inform communication strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members on effective communication practices.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR communication to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Manage and maintain the company's internal communication channels, such as intranet and email distribution lists.
- Plan and execute company-wide events and initiatives to promote employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on all matters related to HR communication and employee engagement.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Management Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Various Levels Of The Organization.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
Knowledge Of Human Resources Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Employee Engagement And Communication Strategies.
