  3. Collaborate with various departments and senior leaders to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization.
  4. Manage and maintain all internal communication channels, such as email, intranet, newsletters, and town halls.
  5. Write and edit internal communications materials, including announcements, memos, videos, and presentations.
  6. Ensure that all internal communications are in line with the brand and messaging standards of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  7. Conduct research and gather feedback to continuously improve internal communication strategies and tactics.
  8. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and provide recommendations for improvement.
  9. Train and coach employees on effective communication techniques and best practices.
  10. Manage a team of internal communication professionals and oversee their work and development.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications to bring new ideas and approaches to the company.
  12. Manage crisis communication and help maintain a positive reputation for the company.
  13. Collaborate with external communication teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging.
  14. Act as a liaison between employees and senior management, addressing any concerns or questions related to internal communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Internal Communications, Preferably In A Corporate Environment

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To A Diverse Audience

  • Experience Creating And Implementing Communication Strategies And Plans

  • Knowledge Of Financial Industry And Understanding Of J.p. Morgan Chase & Co.'s Corporate Culture And Values.
