  1. Stay updated on all current and upcoming laws and regulations related to the financial industry and communicate any changes to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  2. Collaborate with various departments, including legal, risk, and compliance, to ensure all policies and procedures are in line with regulatory requirements.
  3. Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure smooth and timely compliance with new regulations.
  4. Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential areas of non-compliance, providing recommendations for remediation.
  5. Monitor and track progress of compliance initiatives and report on key metrics to senior management.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on legal and regulatory matters, providing guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.
  7. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests for information.
  8. Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance-related topics, ensuring a culture of compliance is fostered throughout the organization.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential compliance issues, and develop and implement preventative measures.
  10. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay abreast of industry changes and network with other professionals in the field.
  11. Assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to legal and regulatory compliance.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  13. Act as a leader and mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to compliance and risk management.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Law Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Legal And Regulatory Change Management, Preferably In Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Legal And Regulatory Frameworks, Including Compliance Requirements And Risk Management

  • Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
