  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure the firm's compliance with legal and regulatory changes.
  2. Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory developments that may impact the firm's operations.
  3. Collaborate with various teams within the firm to identify potential risks and develop appropriate risk management strategies.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis on legal and regulatory requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Communicate changes in laws and regulations to relevant stakeholders and provide guidance on potential impacts.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and stay up-to-date on their requirements and expectations.
  7. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  8. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  9. Conduct training sessions for employees to increase awareness and understanding of legal and regulatory changes.
  10. Prepare and submit reports to senior management on the firm's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  11. Identify and escalate potential compliance issues to senior management, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  12. Participate in meetings and discussions with regulatory bodies to represent the firm's interests and ensure compliance.
  13. Stay informed about industry best practices and trends related to legal and regulatory compliance.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members on legal and regulatory change management processes.
  15. Uphold the firm's values and ethical standards in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Law, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Legal And Regulatory Change Management, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Experience With Implementing Changes To Comply With Them.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Legal And Regulatory Changes To Various Stakeholders.
