  1. Develop and implement strategies for managing legal and regulatory changes within the organization.
  2. Monitor and analyze changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to identify potential impacts on the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret and communicate the implications of legal and regulatory changes.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential gaps in compliance with new regulations.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and risk management teams.
  6. Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the organization's compliance with changing regulations.
  7. Coordinate and lead training sessions for employees to ensure understanding and adherence to new legal and regulatory requirements.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to legal and regulatory change management.
  9. Analyze and report on the impact of legal and regulatory changes on the organization's operations and risk profile.
  10. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to legal and regulatory change management, as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Law, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Legal Or Regulatory Change Management Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Dodd-Frank, Sarbanes-Oxley, And Basel Iii.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing New Policies And Procedures To Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
