Extensive Experience In Mainframe Programming: A Mainframe Lead Software Engineer At J.p. Morgan Chase & Co. Should Have A Strong Background In Mainframe Programming Languages Such As Cobol, Pl/I, Assembler, And Jcl. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Mainframe Architecture And Be Able To Design And Develop Complex Applications On The Platform.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Lead Engineer, This Role Requires Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills. The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading A Team Of Developers And Be Able To Effectively Manage Timelines, Resources, And Deliverables For Multiple Projects.
Knowledge Of Financial Systems: J.p. Morgan Chase & Co. Is A Financial Institution, And The Mainframe Lead Software Engineer Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems And Processes. This Includes Knowledge Of Banking, Trading, And Risk Management Systems, As Well As Compliance And Regulatory Requirements.
