  1. Provide exceptional client service by responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly fund accounting and reporting processes for assigned private equity funds.
  3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of fund records, including investor capital calls, distributions, and financial statements.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate completion of fund reporting and processing.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Prepare and review fund expense budgets and monitor fund performance against budget.
  7. Assist in the coordination of annual audits for assigned funds.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in fund administration.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members and provide guidance on fund administration processes.
  10. Participate in client meetings and provide support to senior team members in client presentations and business development efforts.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information and adhere to all data security protocols.
  12. Complete special projects and assignments as assigned by management.
  13. Represent J.P. Morgan and uphold the company's high standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and external parties.
  14. Continuously develop and expand knowledge of private equity fund administration and industry trends through training and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Private Equity Fund Administration Or A Similar Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Reporting For Private Equity Funds.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment.
