  1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, effectively communicating and representing the company's values and goals.
  3. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  4. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  5. Proactively anticipate executives' needs and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  6. Manage and prioritize incoming communications (phone calls, emails, mail) and respond on behalf of executives when necessary.
  7. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional departments.
  8. Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
  9. Conduct research and gather information to support executives in decision-making processes.
  10. Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system, both electronic and physical, to ensure efficient retrieval of documents and information.
  11. Oversee and manage the administrative needs of the executives, including expense reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
  12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in supporting executives.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support the company's success.
  14. Collaborate with other administrative assistants to ensure seamless support for the entire executive team.
  15. Uphold the company's values and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Administrative Experience: A Senior Executive Administrative Assistant At J.p. Morgan Chase & Co. Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Corporate Environment. This Experience Should Include Managing Multiple Calendars, Arranging Complex Travel Itineraries, And Coordinating High-Level Meetings And Events.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, You Will Be In Constant Communication With Senior Executives And External Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are A Must. You Should Also Be Able To Maintain A Professional And Polished Demeanor At All Times.

  • Proficiency In Technology And Office Software: J.p. Morgan Chase & Co. Is A Highly Technology-Driven Company, And The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant Should Be Proficient In Using Various Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Office, Outlook, And Virtual Meeting Platforms. Experience With Database Management And Project Management Software Is Also A Plus.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Tasks And Priorities Simultaneously. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills To Keep Track Of Various Deadlines And Deliverables.
