  1. Provide top-level administrative support to senior executives within J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  2. Manage and coordinate the daily schedule and activities of senior executives.
  3. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients and business partners.
  6. Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  7. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  8. Maintain and update records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  9. Prepare and process expense reports and invoices.
  10. Anticipate and proactively address the needs of senior executives, including managing calendar conflicts and prioritizing tasks.
  11. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  12. Stay updated on company policies and procedures and adhere to them.
  13. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  14. Act as a representative of the company and maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
  15. Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity within the executive team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Executive Administrative Role, Preferably At A Financial Institution Or Fortune 500 Company.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Interact With Senior Leadership, Clients, And Stakeholders Effectively.

  • Organizational Skills: Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment, With A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Accuracy.

  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated Ability To Handle Sensitive Information With Discretion And Maintain Confidentiality At All Times.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency In Using Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling Tools, And Other Relevant Software. Familiarity With Financial Terminology And Systems Is A Plus.
