- Provide top-level administrative support to senior executives within J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedule and activities of senior executives.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients and business partners.
- Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Maintain and update records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and process expense reports and invoices.
- Anticipate and proactively address the needs of senior executives, including managing calendar conflicts and prioritizing tasks.
- Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures and adhere to them.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Act as a representative of the company and maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity within the executive team.
Extensive Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Executive Administrative Role, Preferably At A Financial Institution Or Fortune 500 Company.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Interact With Senior Leadership, Clients, And Stakeholders Effectively.
Organizational Skills: Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment, With A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
Confidentiality: Demonstrated Ability To Handle Sensitive Information With Discretion And Maintain Confidentiality At All Times.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency In Using Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling Tools, And Other Relevant Software. Familiarity With Financial Terminology And Systems Is A Plus.
