  1. Analyze and evaluate complex systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business stakeholders, and project managers, to gather requirements and define project scope.
  3. Utilize technical expertise to design and implement effective technology solutions that align with business objectives.

  6. Create detailed project documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user stories, and test cases.
  7. Lead user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  9. Assist in training and supporting end-users on new systems and processes.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation of enhancements.
  11. Collaborate with other business analysts to share knowledge and best practices.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  14. Represent J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. as a knowledgeable and professional expert in the financial industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Technical Business Analyst In The Financial Services Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Systems, Processes, And Data Analysis Techniques.

  • Proven Experience In Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
