  1. Lead and oversee the execution of critical strategic projects for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues.
  5. Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and senior management.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to drive project efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Mentor and guide team members in project management best practices.
  8. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  9. Manage project budgets and resources, including identifying and securing additional resources as needed.
  10. Continuously evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  11. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.
  13. Act as a point of contact for escalations and critical decisions related to project delivery.
  14. Serve as a liaison between project teams and senior leadership, providing updates and recommendations as needed.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.'s business goals and objectives and ensure projects align with them.
