Underwriter
Thorough knowledge of complex personal and business financial analysis and an expertise in tax return and balance sheet analysis, including both cash flow and AGI methods. Knowledge and proficiency in all levels of mortgage underwriting including Government, Agency, Jumbo and Super Jumbo lending All government designations preferred (FHA DE, VA Auto, VA Lapp)
Minimum of three years' experience as an underwriter
Minimum of five years' mortgage experience
College degree preferred
