Valuations Operations Manager

This Valuation Operations manager is responsible for organizing and managing all functions related to fulfillment of appraisal product. Lead a team of 50-100 individuals at multiple sites. Provide outstanding customer service/problem solving as a liason between suppliers/appraisers and Chase Home Lending. Ensure suppliers/appraiser deliver appraisals on a daily basis that are compliant and on time. Proactively manages to key performance indicators and influence change through communication forums with suppliers and Chase staff appraiser management to improve results. Resolve transactional escalations quickly and effectively with respect to pre delivery activities such as: fee exceptions, supplier hotline , aged orders etc. Manages an audit-ready, controlled environemtn that is compliant with all legal, regulatory and Chase policies
