Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Operations Manager to join the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and developing strategies to maximize operational efficiency. 6. Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve operational processes.
7. Create and manage budgets, as well as monitor spending.
8. Manage and coordinate staff schedules.
9. Train and mentor staff on operational procedures and processes.
10. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer service issues.
