Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall scope of the project from initiation to completion and will report to the Senior Program Manager. To be successful in this role, the Project Manager should have a minimum of five years' experience in project management, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, and strong knowledge of project management principles and processes. The Project Manager should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders and vendors. Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project is also a plus. Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from initiation to completion • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, including tasks, resources, and milestone • Establish effective project communication with stakeholders, vendors, and other team members • Monitor and report project milestones and progress to Senior Program Manager • Track project costs, budget, and forecast future costs • Monitor project risks and identify solutions to address and mitigate risks • Manage project scope, timeline, and quality to ensure project success • Develop and implement project management best practices and processes • Provide technical leadership to project team to ensure successful project completion • Utilize project management software such as Microsoft Project for project planning, scheduling, and reporting • Provide regular updates to the Senior Program Manager on project status and progress
