Responsibilites:

1. Develop and implement training plans for automotive industry employees
2. Evaluate and assess training programs to ensure maximum efficiency
3. Develop and deliver presentations to customers and employees
4. Develop customer service strategies and initiatives
5. Develop and update course material for automotive training sessions
6. Monitor progress of trainees and provide feedback as necessary
7. Conduct research to stay informed of the latest developments in the automotive industry
8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
9. Prepare and present reports on training metrics and progress
10. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to training.
