Arrange and book OTR transportation for Rendering plants with tanker and hopper equipment. Arrange and tender Rail loaded tanker and hopper railcars to transit from plants to customer destination. Create and coordinate Rendering Order entry for service team. Create and coordinate load schedules with Rendering plants. Accurate and timely entering of Rendering daily inventories and product yields into Quintic planning tool. Forward Schedules Entry Rendering Customer Service (Invoice issues, PO’s). Hide and Rendering Reporting. Develop working product knowledge in order to assist customers Coordinate with Int’l traffic and documentation to ensure all order information is complete and accurate so correct documentation can accompany export loads Monitor Rendering Tracking spreadsheets. Freight Bill Tracking/Reporting for Hides and Rendering. Team Coordinate Rail Rate reports and Transcore Reporting.
