11. Stay up-to-date on new security trends and technologies to improve overall store security.
12. Support and follow all company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
13. Take proactive measures to prevent accidents and injuries in the store.
14. Participate in store meetings and provide suggestions for improving security protocols.
15. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while representing JCPenney.
