6. Investigate and document customer disputes and fraudulent activity.
7. Maintain an accurate log of all incidents and occurrences.
8. Assist in training new staff members on proper security protocols.
9. Perform regular inspections of store areas to identify potential risks.
10. Work collaboratively with store management and other departments to ensure asset protection.
