6. Remain up-to-date with safety protocols and procedures.
7. Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with customers and employees.
8. Investigate and resolve security incidents in a timely manner.
9. Assist in the prevention of shoplifting and other security-related incidents.
10. Report security concerns to the management team.
