  1. Develop and implement asset protection strategies to minimize loss and maintain a safe and secure environment.
  2. Lead a team of asset protection associates and provide direction, training, and support to ensure the effective execution of asset protection procedures.
  3. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks.
  4. Collaborate with store management and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to asset protection.
  5. Monitor and analyze data on theft, fraud, and other security-related incidents to identify trends and propose solutions for improvement.
  6. Investigate and resolve instances of theft, fraud, and other security-related incidents, working closely with law enforcement when necessary.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to enhance the company's overall asset protection efforts.
  8. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in asset protection to continually enhance the company's asset protection strategies.
  9. Communicate regularly with store management and associates to raise awareness and understanding of asset protection procedures and promote a culture of asset protection throughout the organization.
  10. Conduct training and educational sessions for store associates on asset protection procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response plans.
  11. Monitor and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to asset protection.
  12. Prepare and deliver reports on key performance indicators, incidents, and trends to senior management.
  13. Act as a role model and mentor for associates, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Retail Operations And Industry Best Practices For Asset Protection.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Proficiency In Utilizing Security Systems And Technology, As Well As Conducting Investigations And Implementing Loss Prevention Strategies.
